| Our owners spent a considerable
amount of time researching and touring existing cleaning facilities
so that they could build a plant that was totally up-to-date. Our
plant is designed for gentle handling that special crops require.
We use only belt conveyors and gentle dump legs. Bean ladders have
been installed to provide additional care for certain situations. Cleaning equipment consists of a large capacity wind and screen machine, indent machines and a gravity table. We are able to load directly into bulk rail cars. We also provide a bagging service with a modern digital scale for precise accuracy on bag weights. We can supply the bag or you can provide you own. Prairieland can load bagged commodities into boxcars, ocean containers (20' or 40'), intermodals, semi vans, flat decks and/or palletized loads, and we can ship these loads anywhere in the world. Our bagging facility has been certified and approved to handle organically grown shipments as well. |
